Activity 5-  Cooking in the kitchen

Who wants to make energy balls and Greek yogurt drops with Sabat?

All you need is:

Energy balls- Nut butter, honey, flax seed or meal (optional but very healthy), oats, chocolate chips, Chia seeds (optional but also very healthy)

Greek yogurt drops- Greek yogurt and sprinkles or chocolate chips or blueberries

Activity 6-  PAPER PLATE

Grab 2 paper plates or napkins or washcloths or pieces of cardboard and a slippery surface and join us for a muscular endurance workout.
