Activity 3- Towel Fitness

Did you know that you can use almost anything and create exercise?  If you didn’t know, you will definitely soon 😂.  Click the link below for some individual exercises and well as some cooperative towel games to play with a parent/ guardian or sibling:

Why is goal setting important in our lives? Would you work harder at meeting your goals if you wrote them down versus just talking about them? Why or why not?

 

 

 

Activity 4- Let’s Roll

This activity is about rolling the dice and doing the activity that is next to that number.  Do the red side for 5 minutes and then the left side for 5 minutes to watch the video and exercise with us!

1 – 25 crunches                                       1 – 10 burpees

2 – 10 squats                                            2 – 15 jumping jacks

3  – push ups                                            3 – 15 highknees

4 – 1 minute wall sit                                  4 – 15 mountain climbers

5 – 10 lunges                                            5 – 15 frog jumps

6 – water break                                         6 – 2 minute run
