Online Payments Now Available for Lunch Accounts!

For the 2012-2013 school year Perrin-Whitt CISD is offering the ability to add funds to your child’s lunch account from your home or work computer using a credit or debit card. We are partnering with EZSchoolPay.com in order to provide you this service. We hope many of you will find this service convenient and will take advantage of it.

There will be a service fee of $3.50 each time you deposit money into your child’s account, which will help PWCISD cover the cost of offering this service.

Before you will be able to use the service, you will need to go to the website www.ezschoolpay.com and register. (Look for the words “Parents Sign Up Now!” and click on the button below. After you click, follow the instructions.) You will also need to obtain a pin number to complete the setup by contacting Food Service Director Lonna Ramsey at 940-798-3718, extension 233.

According to the site, it usually takes about 15 minutes for your payment to be processed and show up as a credit at the school. EZSchoolPay accepts Visa and Mastercard. It accepts credit or debit cards that display those logos.

You will still be able to send cash or a check with your child to school to pay for lunches. The convenience fee will not be charged if you send (or bring) cash or a check to school.

General Information

Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30-8:00am.

Break is served every day from 9:34-10:04 for JH and HS students only.

Lunch Schedule:

Pre-K thru 2nd grade     10:45-11:25

3rd thru 6th grade         11:40-12:10

JH Lunch                       12:31-1:01

HS Lunch                       1:20-1:50

Milk is included with all meals.

Snack bar is available for students in Junior High and High School. The cost is per item and can only be purchased if students have money in their lunch account or pay per day. The cost of these items range from $.75 to $2.50 each.

Tea is available for $.75 to Junior High and High School.

Ice Cream is available for $1.00.

There will be no charging for lunches or break this year. All accounts need to have money available to eat lunch.
