The 2012 Battle of the Books team has been tested and selected. The team will compete in May at the Mineral Wells High School.

Monthly Elementary E-Newsletter

Senior Scholarship

KFC Colonel’s Scholars Program to award up to $20,000 to high school seniors with financial need and entrepreneurial spirit.

This scholarship is for tuition, fees, textbooks, room and board.

Must have 2.75 GPA, enroll in a PUBLIC college or university in Texas, pursue a bachelor’s degree (4-year), be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and demonstrate

financial need.

Applications online accepted beginning December 1, 2011 through February 8, 2012.

Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas is offering their TOP scholarship, the Pacesetter Award for College Excellence, to seniors of 2012.

The monetary value is up to full tuition (approximately $23,930).
